Darlene Sieb grew up in North Jersey, graduated from Rutherford Highschool, and went on to business school. She is married and has three children & two grandchildren. She and her husband opened and operated the Copper Hood Restaurant for the 18 years. Customer service was top priority then and it still is.

Darlene switched careers in 1993, at the encouragement of a loyal, steady customer, who happened to be the trainer at Century 21 Solid Gold Realty. He realized that she was a “People Person” and would fit in the office of Solid Gold.

In the beginning, she contacted past restaurant customers to establish a client basis, this grew and grew and she has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer.

Darlene now enjoys being the trainer in the office, helping new agents get started and teaching them that working at Century 21 Solid Gold means The Customer always comes first and that means.. to solve any problems as they come up, and always treat your customers right and they will reward you with referrals to make your business grow.

Darlene and Rich are now “Empty Nesters,” in Brick with only their St. Bernard, Kody.

Having real estate as a full time career gives Darlene the opportunity to help clients find their dream home or sell their present one and move on, yet always being aware that both are major events in their lives and always need the help of a professional agent.
